Sealed quotations are invited from the registered electrical suppliers/dealers/workshop holders for supplying the materials required for the repairing of distribution transformers as per the list enclosed. The quotation should reach to the office of the Superintending Engineer (HQ-II) on or before 20th of December 2007 at 1500 hours.

The quotation shall be open on 24th December 2007 at 14 hours through the departmental opening committee.

The Department reserves the right to reject or accept the quotation without assigning any reason thereof.

1. The materials should confirm IS mark.

2. The materials should be FOR Gangtok.

3. The rate should be inclusive of all taxes and levies.
